The Service

We carry out scheduled inspections on products specified by you. Those inspections are conducted at a convenient location anywhere in the UK or Ireland, using your purchase specifications to determine product performance.

We assess all of the expected elements of fresh food quality, such as freshness, weight, damage, cutting standards, fat content and more. The results are recorded in detail, with photographs taken whenever necessary.

The data is provided in email reports, and via our in-house reporting platform KernelFood.
